Active Adventures: Find Your Path to WellnessIntroduction to YogaJoin us for an introduction to the basics of yoga! Explore basic postures, breathing and meditation techniques. Develop strength, stamina and flexibility while relaxing and rejuvenating the body and mind. Class will be led by an experienced teacher from 108 Lotus Yoga Studio in Milford! Call to register.
