Marlin Corn, from the Mid-Atlantic Center for Herpetology and Conservation (MACHAC), will give an informative presentation about this organization, and its recently launched Pennsylvania Amphibian and Reptile Survey (PARS). PARS is an important state-sponsored atlas project which will determine the current distribution and status of all amphibians and reptiles throughout Pennsylvania. Combining modern technology with an army of volunteer citizen scientists, this project is slated to run for 10 years and will culminate in a publication of the results. FREE
